The next meeting of the Business Insolvency Working Group is scheduled to be held online

On 29 September 2026, at 15:30, the next online meeting of the “Business Insolvency” Working Group under the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings, chaired by the Ministry of Justice, will be held.
Representatives of the Secretariat of the Commission on Business Environment and International Rankings, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy, the Central Bank, other members of the Working Group, as well as representatives of the private sector, will participate in the event.
During the meeting, it is planned to provide information on the measures envisaged under the “2026 Roadmap on the improvements and communication in the relevant field under the “Business Insolvency” indicator, the work carried out in this area, and the tasks ahead.
The meeting is also expected to include discussions on the draft law "On Reconstruction and Insolvency," prepared within the framework of the implementation of the aforementioned Roadmap.
