Presentation on “New Electronic Application System for Obtaining Construction Permits”

During the event conducted in connection with the “Presentation of Public-Private Dialogue Platform and New Internet Portal of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings” on April 5, 2019, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture and the head of the working group on Obtaining Construction Permit Dovlatkhan Dovlatkhanov made a presentation on electronic application system for obtaining permits for construction and occupancy of construction facility and other novelties. The system works on the base of “Single Window” principle and is created in accordance with the Decree regarding the “Rule on issuing construction permits for some construction facilities and permits for exploitation of construction facility” signed by President İlham Aliyev on 28 December 2018.
