During the event conducted in connection with the “Presentation of Public-Private Dialogue Platform and New Internet Portal of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings”  on April 5, 2019, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Head of the Working Group on “Contract İmplementation, Settlement of Disputes, Closure and Bankruptcy of an Enterprise, Judicial System and the Rule of Law” delivered the presentation about reforms carried out in the judicial system and electronic court system.
