The meeting of the "Dispute settlement, judicial system and rule of law" working group

The meeting of the "Dispute resolution, judicial system and rule of law" working group of the World Bank's "Favorable Business Environment" project of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings was held on 14.07.2023 at 11:00 a.m. in video-conference format.

At the meeting, the questionnaire on the "Dispute Resolution" indicator of the new "Business Ready" report presented by the World Bank and the reference on the evaluation results were discussed.

Representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Baku Court of Appeal, the Mediation Council, the Bar Association and other members of the working group took part in the meeting organized on the online platform.

During the meeting, it was decided to collect the maximum possible points on the questions in the questionnaire and to take appropriate measures to achieve better results.

The event was continued in the context of mutual discussions, and the questions of the participants of the meeting were answered.
