Presentation on "Property Registration"

During the event conducted in connection with the “Presentation of Public-Private Dialogue Platform and New Internet Portal of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings” on April 5, 2019, Head of the State Service for Registration of Real Estate and Head of the Working Group on Property Registration Hikmat Mustafayev made a presentation on the application of electronic extract system for registration of property. The system was introduced on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan No.1545-VQD on amendments made to the Law on “State registry of Real State”, dated March 29, 2019.
