The next meeting of the subgroup "Improvement of the international rating indicators related to scientific publications (H-index)" was held

A meeting of the Human Capital working group of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings "on improvement of international rating indicators (H-index) related to scientific publications" was held at the Ministry of Science and Education.

Idris Isayev, head of the "Human Capital" working group, deputy minister of science and education, sector manager of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, head of the Secretariat of the Commission Vusal Shikhaliyev, members of the subgroup (representatives and experts from higher education institutions, public and private sectors) took part in the meeting.

At the meeting, after the Secretary of the Human Capital working group Jabbar Huseynli informed about the newly approved "Road Map" of the subgroub, the new members included in the subgroup and the issues decided at the last meeting, the head of the subgroup Ulkar Sattarova presented the report about the completed work  considered at the "Road Map" and then the members' questions and suggestions were discussed.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan acts as the head of the "Human Capital" Working Group of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
