Discussions on Public Procurement Were Conducted with Participation of Relevant Bodies

The representatives of relevant bodies were involved to the discussions on preparation of appropriate normative legal acts regarding the public procurement. The discussions were conducted in the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication for ensuring the application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan (No.1433-VQD) on the “Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurement” dated December 28, 2018 and the Order (No.15S) of the Cabinet of Ministers of 10 January 2019 on implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No.454 dated December 28, 2018.
