Training on the rules of use of the electronic clerical system of the azranking.az portal

Training on the rules of use on the azranking.az portal was held at the Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication (CERAC) of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The training is dedicated to the introduction of the electronic clerical system of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings and to further raise awareness of the trainers in this field. During the training, the participants were provided with detailed information on the functionality of the Portal. It was noted that the Portal mainly consists of the following platforms:

  • Information panel (the Commission`s activity, International ratings, Online Application, Search Engine, etc.);
  • State-Business Dialogue Platform;
  • Innovative Comparison System (”Benchmarking" system);
  • Management and Coordination Platform (the Commission`s Electronic Clerical System)

Note that one of the main platforms of the www.azranking.az portal, the Management and Coordination Panel (the Commission's Electronic Clerical System) will be fully functional from June 1, 2019.

The participants of the event were informed that the Commission`s Electronic Clerical System functions online in real-time mode, minimizing paper circulation on documents in the Commission`s activity, improving the efficiency of coordination and liaison among Working Groups, creating wide opportunities for the operative and efficient communication of reforms carried out in the business environment. 

 A new video was created to visually raise awareness among the Secretariat of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings and the members of the Working Groups on the Electronic Clerical System of the Commission.

More than 30 representatives of government agencies took part in the training.
