The next meeting of the "Corruption and Transparency" working group of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings was held on July 28, 2023.

The representatives of The General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Accounting Chamber, the "Transparency-Azerbaijan Fight Against Corruption" Public Union, the "Development of Society and Civil Relations" Public Union, "Azercell", "Azerconnect", “NEQSOL” companies and other institutions participated in mentioned meeting.

The head of the working group, the Deputy Head of the Anti-Corruption Directorate with the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Azerbaijan Asaf Sarikishiyev and other participants gave comprehensive speech about the measures implemented during the first half of the current year regarding the implementation of the measures provided for in the relevant "Action Plan" of the working group.

In the continuation of the meeting, a broad presentation of the "Transparency International" report was made, as well as necessary proposals were made by civil society institutions and representatives of the private sector participating in the meeting on the issues of expanding the state-business-civil society dialogue.
